There are three levels of service currently available

What are the monthly fees associated with each level
of service?

monthly fees associated with each level of service
are as follows:
Associate
Service $20 per month
Standard
Service $70 per month
Professional
Service $120 per month
Q: What are the payment options for the monthly
service fees?
A:
Payments could be made via of Visa, Master Card, American
Express credit card, check, and/or U.S. money order.
Q:
What is a signature Block?
A:
A signature block is an image of your signature that
has been uploaded for future use by the subscriber
and/or process server. It is used on affidavits of
service and enables the user to submit a signed electronic
version of the affidavit of service to a client.
Q:
How many signature blocks do I receive with my subscription?
A:
Signature blocks are available at Standard service
level. A subscriber to this level receives (3) three
signature blocks. Additional signature blocks can
be purchased for a one time fee of $20 each.
Q:
How quickly does my data upload onto the system?
A:
The data is uploaded instantaneously. There is no
wait time and the data can be modified by the subscriber
at any time during their time of subscription.
Q:
Is my data safe and secure?
A:
Process Server Central, LLC will provide you with
a user name and password upon completing the registration
process. Upon receipt, you may edit only the password
on your account. It is your responsibility to secure
such passwords and account information. Process Server
Central, LLC does strive to protect your data and
we use security technologies and procedures to help
protect your personal information from unauthorized
access, use, or disclosure. To illustrate, we store
the personal information you provide on computer systems
which are located in controlled facilities. The number
of employees that have physical access to these computer
systems is limited. When we transmit highly confidential
information (such as a credit card number or password)
via the internet, we protect it through the use of
encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
protocol.
Q:
How long do you store my data after termination of
service?
A:
After a voluntary termination of account he data is
stored on our server(s) for a period of (30) thirty
days. This gives the subscriber an opportunity to
activate the account again and retrieve the data.
After (30) days of unpaid inactivity, the data will
be purged from our server(s). We will not save any
data from the accounts that have been administratively
terminated by Process Server Central, LLC.
Q:
Can I get the credit card payment feature on my version
of Process Server Central?
A:
Yes. A subscriber at any level has the option of adding
the credit card gateway feature onto their version
of Process Server Central However, the monthly
fees associated with such usage are between the subscriber
and Authorized Net. Process Server Central will charge
the subscriber a one-time fee to install the feature
on your version. After installation, you are responsible
for entering into a contractual agreement with the
gateway provider, currently Authorized Net

What types of State Specific Affidavits are available
with PSC?
A:
Process Server Central, LLC provides the affidavits
that are mandated in the State of California, the
State of New Jersey, The State of New York and a Universal
default affidavit accepted in all other states.
Q:
What is "Server Status?"
A:
"Server Status" is a tracking feature which
allows the subscriber the ability to monitor open
jobs. It displays the job along with the date of origin.
